Financial Support
The Hunt Thunder Booster Club supports creative, student-centered initiatives that enrich the Hunt school community. Financial support of up to $250 are available to fund projects that benefit Hunt students.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Applications are welcome from:

Hunt faculty and staff
-
Hunt students
-
Members of the Hunt community
HOW TO APPLY
Complete the HTBC Financial Support Application Form.

Applicants can request financial support for one project up to a maximum of $250.*
HTBC financial support is intended to boost projects and it is therefore understood that most projects will have additional funding from separate sources.

Applicants may receive a maximum of two applications per school year.

HTBC will provide support up to a maximum of $750 per school year (September - June).

Applications will be reviewed and financial support will be issued on a quarterly basis.

Application deadlines:

July 31: Projects taking place September – November

October 31: Projects taking place December – March

March 1: Projects taking place April – June

*The HTBC Board may consider applications for funding in excess of $250 on a case by case basis.
WHAT MAKES A STRONG APPLICATION?
Projects should be:

Inclusive – open and accessible to a broad group of students
-
Equitable – responsive to diverse needs and potential barriers

Relevant – clearly connected to the student experience at Hunt
Projects should demonstrate:

Target Audience - clearly articulate who is intended to benefit from the project.

Impact - how will the project improve the experience of Hunt students?

Sustainability - For support to ongoing programs, how will those programs continue without financial support from HTBC? For one-time projects, how will the impacts continue after the project is over?

Measurability - clear plan to measure impact.
HOW ARE APPLICATIONS SCORED?
Applications are reviewed by a panel of HTBC Board members using a standardized scoring rubric.
If more than three applications are received in a quarter, priority is given to new applicants.
